BOOKS & PERIODICALS
Hundreds of books have been written on the art (and business) of beekeeping. Pull up a chair by the fireplace and spend some winter evenings learning the science, biology, or simply the fun of beekeeping.
MAGAZINES
There are two standards in the industry that have been around for decades, and recommend both:
Bee Culture, "The Magazine of American Beekeeping" is published monthly by the A.I. Root Company. It has a wealth of information for both the hobby and commercial beekeeper.
American Bee Journal was first published in January 1861, ya 1861! Like Bee Culture, it has an amazing amount of information for beekeepers anywhere along their journey.
